Job Title: Warehouse Manager

The company is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual to oversee its warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

As Warehouse Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing and supervising all warehouse operations, including the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Ensuring accurate recording and tracking of incoming and outgoing stock
• Maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking, shortages, damage, or loss
• Conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciling them with inventory records
• Enforcing the "No Document, No Movement" policy for all stock movements
• Updating inventory cards, Excel records, and the company's inventory management system
• Ensuring proper labeling, arrangement, and safe storage of products and materials
• Supervising warehouse staff, assigning duties, and monitoring performance and attendance
• Coordinating with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Finance, and HR departments on warehouse-related matters
• Verifying the quantity and quality of received goods against delivery documentation
• Ensuring goods are released only with proper authorization
• Investigating and reporting missing, damaged, expired, or unauthorized stock
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse and inventory reports
• Monitoring loading and unloading activities for safe and correct handling
• Controlling warehouse access and restricting entry to authorized personnel
• Safeguarding company property and reporting suspected theft, fraud, or misuse
• Maintaining accurate documentation and filing of all warehouse records
• Performing other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management
